What Does God Look Like?

A child was working feverishly on a portrait in her pre-school art class.

Her teacher inquired, “What are you drawing?”

The little girl replied, “I am drawing God.”

The teacher replied, “Please don’t be upset but that is not possible because no one knows what God looks like.”

The child replied without hesitation,

“They will in a minute.” *

The moral of the story is in order to know God and commune with Him, we must have a childlike trust in His eternal Love and guidance. We see God when we possess the simple loving nature of a child.
