The Golden Rule

The Golden Rule is very simple
and I do believe it’s true.
“Do unto one another as you
would have them do to you”.

One thing I have discovered,
which I rely upon and trust,
the way we treat each other,
will come right back to us.

The Golden Rule is undeniably,
a rewarding way to live.
we receive from one another,
precisely what we give.

When we ask ourselves sincerely,
how would I like this done to me?,
it’s then we see more clearly,
how to behave respectfully.

Be guided by the Golden Rule
when we’re together once again,
we’ll treat each other kindly,
and we’ll be the best of friends.
