Seven Deadly Sins
The seven deadly sins, also known as the capital vices or cardinal sins, are a classification of vices in Christian teachings that are considered to be the root of other sins. They are:
Pride: An excessive belief in one's own abilities, often leading to disdain for others.
Greed: An insatiable desire for wealth or possessions, often at the expense of others.
Lust: An intense longing or desire, particularly for sexual pleasure.
Envy: Jealousy towards another’s happiness, success, or possessions.
Gluttony: Overindulgence in food, drink, or other pleasures to the point of waste.
Wrath: Extreme anger or hatred that can lead to violence or revenge.
Sloth: Laziness or the failure to act and utilize one’s talents and gifts.
