Seekers

I am a seeker, an immortal soul,
made visible as an incarnate being
laboring for higher consciousness.
I cultivate the garden of experience
and reap the harvest of wisdom.

Much like a hand slips from a glove,
I will shuffle off this mortal coil.
Like a slow and persistent caterpillar
evolves into a magnificent butterfly,
I will ascend beyond time and space.

Understanding acquired here
will spirit me to higher realms.
I will search for love and perfection
with those seekers of truth on the
same sacred journey, united by love.
